Data Deletion Policy

TradesTalent Systems provides a recruiting operations platform to recruiting and staffing businesses. In the course of providing the platform, we process information about candidates — including contact details and lead-form responses, some of which may be received through Facebook Lead Ads.

How to request deletion of your personal information

If you are an individual and would like us to delete the personal information we hold about you, email privacy@tradestalentsystems.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request,” and include the name, email, or phone number you provided so we can locate your record.

We will verify and process your request within 30 days. When we honor a deletion request, we remove your personal identifiers (such as your name, email address, and phone number) so the record can no longer be linked to you. As permitted by law, we may retain de-identified records (such as anonymized placement and outcome data) that cannot be used to identify you.

For business customers

This page concerns individual personal-information deletion requests. It does not delete a customer organization's account, users, or workspace. Business customers seeking to close an account or export their data should contact support@tradestalentsystems.com. How we use Customer Data is described in our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Candidates

If a recruiting company collected your information, you may also contact that company directly. We will work with them to honor valid deletion requests.
