Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 1, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how TradesTalent Systems (“TradesTalent,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with our recruiting operations platform (the “Service”). Our customers are recruiting and staffing businesses that use the Service to manage their hiring operations.
Information we collect
- Account information. When a customer signs up, we collect business and user details such as organization name, contact name, email address, phone number, and billing information.
- Candidate and recruiting data. Data our customers add or import about candidates and placements — including names, contact details, lead-form responses, interview and placement records, and outcomes.
- Connected-service data. With a customer's authorization, data from integrations they enable — Facebook Lead Ads (lead details), Google Calendar (interview events), and telephony/messaging providers (call and SMS metadata).
- Usage data. Log, device, and usage information generated when the Service is used.
How we use information
- To provide, operate, secure, and support the Service.
- To schedule interviews, send messages, and automate recruiting workflows our customers configure.
- To develop and improve the Service and the artificial-intelligence features within it, including by analyzing recruiting, placement, and performance data provided by customers, and by creating de-identified and aggregated data that does not identify any individual or customer.
- To comply with law and enforce our agreements.
Google user data
If a customer connects Google Calendar, we access and store calendar event data only to create, update, and remove interview events on their behalf, and to detect scheduling conflicts. TradesTalent's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to train generalized AI/ML models, and we do not sell Google user data.
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers (“subprocessors”) who help us run the Service — including cloud hosting and database (Supabase), authentication (Clerk), messaging and telephony (Twilio), email (Resend), AI processing (Anthropic), and the integrations our customers enable (Meta, Google). We may also disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety.
Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for the data they provide and for having the rights and any consents required to provide candidate and placement data to the Service and to permit the uses described in this Policy and in our Terms of Service.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as a customer's account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, and enforce our agreements. We may retain de-identified and aggregated data, which can no longer be linked to an individual, for as long as permitted by law.
Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information about you. Individuals may request deletion of their personal information as described on our Data Deletion page. When we honor a deletion request, we remove personal identifiers; we may retain de-identified records as permitted by law. If you are a candidate, you may also contact the recruiting company that collected your information.
Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
